pinball circuit board repair in an animated Lego cartoon style

We offer a mobile pinball game repair and machine restoration service in the Southeast of England. Because we live in WORTHING, West Sussex we cover the surrounding counties, so we cover East Sussex, West Sussex, Surrey, Hampshire, Kent and London. Although we sometimes venture further afield!

We can service and repair most pinball machine games made by the popular manufacturers, such as Bally, Data East, Williams, Gottlieb, Stern, Sega, Zaccaria & JJP

The majority of the games we fix are the electronic games from the late 70's onwards, these are the games with digital score-displays. However, we also love to fix the older electro-mechanical games; these have the rotating score displays. These earlier games tend to need more love, so we may have to take your game away to our workshop to give it the TLC that it requires. We've fixed all kinds of non-pinball stuff over the years and am interested and happy to look at anything, but as a rule we don't fix jukeboxes or fruit machine, however we sometimes fix arcade games depending on the problem.

How long will it take to fix my pinball game?

Difficult to say as each job is fairly unique, however most visits tend to last two to three hours, but specific work or neglected games will obviously take longer. Once we've fixed the initial problem and you game is then playing there may be other work required. This may be changing the playfield rubbers to replacing burnt-out connectors etc. We will advise you of any future work that will be required and categorise them as advisory or urgent.

I've lost the keys to my pinball game?

No problem, we can gain access and fit a replacement lock, we can often fit a keyless lock to alleviate future reoccurrences!

Flippers don't seem as powerful?

Your treasured game almost certainly needs a mechanical rebuild of the flipper mechanisms, this will restore their power & your score!

Pinball just stopped working, so we put it in the garage years ago!

This will most likely involve us taking your pinball back to our workshop where we can systematically restore it to its full original working condition

Can you come to my home or business to service my pinball game?

Our aim is to repair and service your pinball machine game at your home or business on the first visit. Sometimes it may require a return visit and occasionally it may make sense to take away your game to our workshop to effect repairs.

I've bought a pinball from the USA but needs converting to UK 240V, is that something you can do?

Yes most games can easily be converted to work safely on UK power. This will normally require a new lead/UK plug and that work will be tested with our PAT tester to ensure its safe.

Because my game is played by friends and family, is it electrically safe?

Yes we can check it over and PAT test your game to ensure its electrically safe with our calibrated PAT tester. If your game is played by staff and/or public this is an essential requirement.

My pinball plays fine, I just want to spend some money on it! What could you offer?

Installing LED bulbs can significantly brighten a dim playfield. Replacing the batteries dependant RAM with NVRAM so you never have to change batteries ever again! Another popular request is to fit mirror-blades or artwork to the inside of the cabinet.

What are the chances of you fixing my pinball

Very high! - I gained an HNC in electronics and have gained many skills through my years of servicing games and other industrial/medical equipment and will arrive with a van full of parts.

I value my own privacy and will respect yours at all times. Sometimes I might post photos of your pinball to illustrate my handywork & promote my business, but I'll never reveal names/locations/personal details etc

We like to think that we offer a competent service, and all work is covered by warranty
